An experience that was poor to say the least, people with little desire to do anything, only one person made themselves available then I say they are people who have to be at the service of the taxpayer but they also choose the closing days I say that you should be open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.30 to give people the opportunity to have a service not a disservice!!!!

I received confirmation for citizenship from the prefecture in August. I showed up the day after the confirmation, at the municipality, and they told me to come in 1 month, because they have a lot to do, and so I went 4 times, to ask to make an appointment for the oath, and every time they always put me off for reasons of too much work. It's been 4 months now and they still tell me that they don't have time to make me an appointment. However, the law says that I have to take the oath within 6 months, not just the damned appointment. I would like the mayor to see how it works in the registry office of the municipality of Limena.

I encountered very long times for the renewal of the electronic identity card (delivery of the same at home by post with subsequent collection directly at the post office as it is necessary to be at home for collection... morning delivery for those who work is not a small thing manageable), apparently dated online electronic ID information forms; need to collect the electoral card directly from the municipality (in other municipalities it arrives directly at home); pec on the municipality website not working.

I was called this morning by the police and they were very kind.!!! If you have any doubts or questions, call the police! Let me start by saying that I live in Albignasego, on Sunday 31/07/2022 at 11.15am in Limena I went to my grandparents who are 86 and 87 years old and at that precise moment the eco-zoophile guards operational unit showed up to give my fine grandfather as the dog was tied with a chain, it was correct and right to pay the fine. Three of the gentlemen showed up and fined my grandfather. After which they told him to pay the fine to the municipality of Limena. I have called repeatedly and I think it is absurd not to be able to get in touch with someone from the municipality and in case someone is lucky enough to answer their call they don't know how to proceed as on the pago pa online service there is no entry regarding: “sanctions other than the highway code”. Since I have been trying to pay the fine for a month I would like to know where and how since my grandparents don't have the slightest idea of what an online payment is. Having said that, thanks to anyone who can give me clarification on the matter.
